摘 要:我国教师教育已经有了一百多年的发展史,在此历程中教师教育模式也发生了诸多变迁。教师教育模式变迁史分为三个阶段,分别是封闭模式与开放模式并行阶段,封闭模式主导阶段,封闭模式向开放模式转变阶段。探析变迁的过程与特征,得出启示是应改变教师教育变革的政府行政主导,应处理好学术性与师范性的关系,应建设相关的制度。Chinese teacher education has developed more than one hundred years, and a lot of changes have occurred. The development history of Chinese teacher education can be divided into three stages : closed model coex- isting with exoteric model, closed model dominating, closed model turning into exoteric model. This paper analyzes the course and characteristic of these changes based on three stages, and provides some enlightenment: administration - led should be changed, the relation between academy and normality should be harmonized, and correlative system should be created.
