构建高职院校科研业绩评价体系的研究

摘　　要：科学合理的科研业绩评价体系是高等学校科研管理的基础和重点,而目前高等职业院校的科研业绩评价体系极不适应我国高等职业教育的要求和特点。因此,有必要针对高等职业院校科研工作特征,构建新的高等职业教育科研评价体系。新体系采用新的综合评价方法,同时突出对高等职业教育的适应性、产学研结合和应用性。Scientific and reasonable evaluation system of science research achievements is basis and emphasis of science research management in higher college. But at present evaluation system of science research achievements in higher vocational college is extremely unsuitable for requirements and characteristic of higher vocational education in China. Therefore we must set up a new evaluation system of science research achievements in accordance with requirements and characteristic of higher vocational education. A new method of comprehensive evaluation is put forward in this new evaluation system of science research achievements that emphsis on suitability for higher vocational education, IUR association and applied research.
