张家口市区3～6岁儿童尿碘测定和碘营养评价

摘　　要：目的了解张家口市区3～6岁儿童的碘营养状况。方法采用整群、分层、随机抽样相结合的方法分别选取张家口市区4所幼儿园158名儿童作为调查对象,取调查对象的晨尿进行尿碘检测。结果张家口市区3～6岁儿童尿碘中位数为172.0μg/L,尿碘<50μg/L的样本比率为0%。尿碘<100μg/L的样本比率为7.6%。结论张家口市区3～6岁儿童尿碘指标达到国家碘缺乏病消除标准,该年龄群体儿童碘营养状况适宜。[Objective] To investigate the state of iodine nutrition of kindergarten children aged 3-6 in urban areas of Zhangjiakou. [Methods] 140 children from four kindergartens were selected by the combination of cluster, stratified and random sampling. The urinary iodine was examined by using their morning urine. [Results] Median urinary iodine was 172.0 μg/L. The proportion that the concentration of urinary iodine was lower than 50 μg/L took 0%. The proportion that the concentration of urinary iodine was lower than 100μg/L took 7.6%. [Conclusion] The iodine state of urban kindergarten children aged 3-6 in Zhangjiakou was in an appropriate degree.
