摘　　要：本文从针灸教学实践出发，认为针灸医案在经络腧穴理论、针灸辨证理论及针灸治疗理论教学中发挥了较好的作用，对针灸理论教学有一定的启发。This article discussed the significance of clinical medical records in acupuncture teaching from these aspects： meridian and acupoint theory, syndrome differentiation theory, and therapeutic theory, hoping to illuminate acupuncture teaching.
