摘  要:以医学高职生为对象,以培养自主学习能力为目标,通过树立信心、激发学习动机、介绍学习策略、自学与讨论、讲解与答疑和采用多种考核方式等,开展教改实验。结果显示高职生开始重视自主学习能力训练,并逐步积累各自学习方法与策略,学习动机开始从"学会"到"会学"的转变,远期效果显著。This experimental study on educational reform aims to strengthen their confidence and cultivate students' autonomous learning ability through arousing their study motivation by the way of introducing study strategy, students' self-study and discussing, teaching and explaining, using all kinds of checking method in medical vocational college. The results reveal that students begin to attach importance to training their autonomous learning ability, accumulate their study method and technique respectively. And their study motivation has changed from "learning" to "how to learn". The long-term effect is remarkable. It is one of the important goals to cultivate medical students' autonomous learning ability in medical vocational college in the new century. Every educational governor and teacher should pay more attention to it.
