摘  要:随着当前社会竞争压力的日趋加大,高校在校大学生也面临着诸如来自学业、家庭、经济、情感及人际关系等诸多方面的压力。不少学生因适应不良而出现程度不等的心理障碍,影响正常学习生活,甚至出现意外伤害。这些给当前高校学生教育管理工作带来严峻考验。根据目前现状,结合我校心理健康教育工作实践,我们总结出大学生心理健康教育的"十项结合"办法,从点面结合、内外结合、上下结合、远近结合、虚实结合、长短结合、前后结合、专兼结合、防治结合、咨教结合等十个方面进行了实践运用,收到较好效果。Nowadays the competition in society is increasingly severe, and the university students are facing different pressures from their study, family, financial support and personal emotions. Some of them can not get used to those pressures and their normal lives are influenced. Some of them are even getting hurt by unexpected incidents. These are great challenges to mental education management of higher schools. On the base of our university's mental health education practice, "ten principles" have been summed up, which are clearly stated in this paper. By this means, great effects have been achieved.
