摘 要:从制动器制动全过程的动态仿真角度出发,考察了摩擦系数对鼓式制动器低频振动的影响:制动鼓低频振动时的主频随着摩擦系数的增大有减小的趋势、而振动的幅值随着摩擦系数的增大有增大的趋势,且相应的关系曲线呈现非线性特性;随着摩擦系数的增大,制动鼓的振动主要表现为较低频率的振动,且摩擦系数越大,制动鼓以较低频率的振动越剧烈。From the whole brake process of dynamic simulation point of view of cam brake,the lower vibration of the drum according to the influence of the friction coefficient qualitatively is stressed on. Under certain conditions, the frequency of the drum's responses decrease compare to the increase of the friction coefficient while the instantaneous amplitude increase along with it. Moreover, the relationship between the friction coefficient and the frequency,the frequency scope and the amplitude are nonlinear; With the increase of the friction coefficient, the drum vibrated mainly with lower frequency and the greater the friction coefficient, the more great vibration of the lower frequency.
