摘　　要：通过对重庆市高职高专师资队伍建设现状的统计调查,分析高职高专院校在双师素质与兼职教师结构、职称结构、学历和年龄结构等方面存在的问题及原因,并提出了相应的对策。The writer analysizes the problems of dual - certificate teachers＂ quality, the structure of part - time faculty teachers, the technical post, educational level and age, and the reasons that owe to those above by the statistic and the investigation of the current construction of teaching staff in Chongqing higher vocational college. Corresponding strategies to these problems are provided.
