摘  要:高校课程管理中,权利主体的类型与层级多样性决定了课程管理"权利"的层级差异性和双重性等特征。这要求不同层级的权利主体应该被赋予相应的课程管理"权力"。但现实是课程管理组织中的权力优势集团的价值取向决定着课程管理权力的分配,并直接导致了"个体化"课程管理权力的"泛化"和高校课程管理微观层面主体之权力"缺位"等问题。The main bodies are various in type and level in the curriculum management organization, and in status. Although all the main bodies have their rights to manage the curriculum, not all of them are endowed power by the organization. Whether they are endowed power and how much power is endowed is decided by the curriculum sense of worth of the people or the units who are in charge of the college, which leads to two serious problems as the abuse of personal power in curriculum management and absence of main body's power on the microcosmic level of curriculum management.
