摘　　要：优秀的班级文化具有良好的育人功能,可以熏陶学生的情操,启迪学生的思维,提高学生的素质。文学本来就是文化的重要组成部分,是文化的载体,对促进文化的发展起到极其重要的作用。文章就文学课程功能的发挥与高校班级文化的构建、学生综合素质的增强进行探讨分析,以期提升和拓展文学课程在当今高校教育中的地位与作用。The outstanding class culture has a good educatinal function. It can edify the sentiment of the students, enlighten their thinking, improve their quality and attainment. Literature is always an important part of culture,the carrier of culture, and play a vital role in promoting the development of culture. The paper probes into the function of literature courses ,building a culture of college classes and enhancing the student＇s overall quality with a view to raising the position of literature courses in higher education.
