摘 要:采用浓度梯度筛选的方法,从重金属污染土壤中分离筛选到两株耐受和吸附铅、铜的细菌G、Y。用单因素的方法得到G最适的培养条件为:T=30℃;pH=6.0;NaCl浓度为0.5%;Y的最适培养条件分别为:T=37℃;pH=8.5;NaCl浓度为0.5%。用原子吸收分光光度法测得,G、Y的冻干菌体对Pb2+、Cu2+的吸附量分别为:G铅126.42mg/g,G铜75mg/g,Y铅61.08 mg/g,Y铜45.86 mg/g。G湿菌体对铅、铜的吸附率分别为:G铅94.66%,G铜92.84%;Y湿菌体对铅、铜的吸附率分别为:Y铅99.74%,Y铜97.96%。经检测,其遗传性状稳定。可进一步开发为重金属吸附剂。Two strains capable of tolerating and adsorbing Lead and Copper, was isolated from heavy metals--contaminated soils through concentration gradient screening technique, named G & Y. By using the single factor method, the optimum growth conditions were determined, they were: G : T30℃, pH6. 0, NaCl concentration 0. 5 %, Y : T37℃, pH8. 5, NaCl concentration 0. 5%. Measured and analyzed by Determination Method- Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry , Pb2+, Cu2+ could be adsorbed by freeze dried strains , the adsorption capacity of them are GPb 126.42mg/g,GCu 75 mg/g , YPb 61.08 mg/g , YCu 45. 86 mg/g. Pb2+ &Cu2+ could also be adsorbed by waterish strains, the adsorption rate of G were ,GCu92. 84 %, GYb 94. 66 %, the adsorption rate of Y were : Yc. 97. 96 %, YPb 99. 74%. They were measured stable. And can be de- veloped as sorbents for bioremediation of heavy metals.
