摘  要:由于传统文化因素、经济因素及制度因素的影响,劳动力市场存在的性别歧视已成为我国的一个显性社会问题。就业性别歧视具有表现形式多样性和成因复杂性特征,它所造成的负面社会效应成为构建和谐社会的制约因素之一。本研究立足于人力资源视角,主要从经济学和社会学角度,对该论题进行直接研究和系统研究,综合探讨就业性别歧视现象的外在表征、成因、对人力资源合理配置的消极影响及反就业性别歧视的对策,对促进社会的整体和谐发展有着积极意义。As traditional cultural factors, economic factors and institutional factors, the labor market of gender discrimination has become a dominant China's social problems. Employment forms of gender discrimination with diversity and complexity of the causes of features, it has the negative social effects of building a harmonious society as one of the factors con- straining. In this study based on the perspective of human resources, mainly from the economics and sociological point of view, the subject of direct research and systematic studies, comprehensive sex discrimination in employment on the external characterization, causes, rational allocation of human resources and the negative impact of Anti-job sex discrimination measures to promote the harmonious development of society as a whole has a positive significance.
