摘  要:目的了解该院护理职业技能课的教学质量。方法制定护理职业技能课教学质量反馈表(共13项),随机抽取2006级3+2护理专业210名学生进行问卷调查。结果学生对护理职业技能课教师总体评价优秀26.2%,良好47.1%;学生对护理职业技能课教师教学态度方面评价优秀均小于30%,评价学风治风良好比例最高,占50.5%;学生对护理职业技能课教师教学能力方面评价优秀的教学手段仅占8.6%;学生对护理职业技能课教师教学效果方面评价优秀较低,授课艺术和学生理解程度分别占9.5%,评价两项良好的结果也较为接近,分别为30%和31.9%。结论该院护理职业技能课教师总体素质较好,教学态度较为认真负责,但教师的教学能力和教学效果亟待巩固和提高。Objective To know about the teaching quality of vocational nursing course in Henan Medical college for Staff and Workers. Methods A teaching quality evaluation table of vocational nursing course was made (13 items, altogether) , and a questionnaire survey was made among 210 "3 + 2" nursing specialied students in Grade 2006 from the Nursing Department randomly. Results According to the evaluation of the total appraisal, the excellent rate (in number) was 26.2% , and the good rate was 47.1% , as to teaching attitude, the excellent rates was all lower than 30% , the good rate of pursuing science and teaching style was the highest(50.5% ). The excellent rate of teaching strategy was only 8.6%, the excellent rates of both teaching art and student digesting level were 9.5%, and the good rate was 30% and 31.9% teaching attitude is serious and gently. Conclusion The total qualities of the teachers are outstanding, and the earnest, but the teaching capacity and teaching effect should be risen urgently.
