摘　　要：信息技术环境下如何上课，如何上好课是摆在广大教师面前的一个严肃问题。培训教师是一项紧迫而又长期的工作，教育技术工作者理应承担起这项培训任务。“打铁须得自身硬”，深入实践，找准问题，理论联系实际，开展有的放矢的师资培训是信息环境下教师培训的有效途径。A serious issue, which requires one to decide on how to teach and how to teach effectively, has been faced by teachers. As teacher training is a pressing and long-term task, educational technology workers have the responsibility to take up the work in hand. As a Chinese saying goes, a hammer must be rigid enough itself to shape an iron. We can conclude that an effective way of training teachers in the environment of information technology is to further practice, locate problems accurately, relate the theory with practice and conduct well-targeted teacher training.
