摘　　要：高校辅导员队伍专业化和学生工作专业化建设目标是一致的,都是为满足高等学校人才培养的需要,满足学生工作职能拓展的需要,满足从业人员个人发展的需要。高校学生工作专业化可为辅导员队伍专业化建设提供理论基础支撑、学科建设支撑、队伍建设支撑,因此,学生工作专业化是高校辅导员队伍专业化建设的实现途径。The specialization construction of college counselor staff and that of students＇ management bear the same objective, that is, to meet the college＇s requirement of cultivating talented person, to meet the requirement of expanding students management function and the staff＇s personal development. The specialization of college students＇ management can provide theoretical, academic and staff-construction supports for the specialization construction of counselor staff, and therefore, it is the essential approach to realize the specialization construction of college counselor staff.
