摘  要:研究了壳聚糖/明胶/葡萄糖酸内酯/甘油共混膜的拉伸性能、透湿性能、透油性能以及透气性能.结果表明,葡萄糖酸内酯?明胶与甘油的协同作用可以改善复合膜的拉伸性能;随着甘油与明胶含量增加,膜的透湿性增强;在壳聚糖质量分数为1%、明胶质量分数为0.2%、葡萄糖酸内酯质量分数为0.8%、甘油质量浓度为0.6%时制得的复合膜的阻油性与阻气性能最佳.Compound films of chitosan/gelatin / Glucono-Delta-Lactone with glycerol as plasticizer were prepared to assay the elongation properties ,water vapor permeability and gas barrier properties of these films. The results show that Glucono-Delta-Lactone, gelatin cooperating with glycerol can improve the elongation properties of films;the water vapor permeability of films increases as with the increase of the gelatin and glycerol ; Compound films made from 1% chitosan solution,0.2% gelatin,0.8% Glucono-Delta-Lactone ,0. 6% glycerol have the best properties of preventing oil and gas.
