摘  要:F-55高果葡糖浆是一种在饮料生产和食品加工中可以部分或全部取代蔗糖的淀粉糖。我们按照相关规范进行新建厂设计,采用科学的原料选取、模拟移动床连续分离工艺、新型薄板式四效浓缩蒸发,严格过滤、离子交换脱色、精准的复配操作工序,配置高效率的CIP清洗系统,分别设置原料、成品和分离工程车间,并通过及时的在线检测,使产品质量得到保证。F-55 high fructose starch syrup is a latest type starch sugar, which can substitute with cane sugar part or whole in the field of drink production and food process. We carried out new factory design according to correlated standard and adopt serial technology, which were sciencely selected raw material, simulated moving bed continuous separate technology, newstyle lamellar quadruple effect evaporator, filtered rigorously, hydronium exchange decoloring, precise double equipment manipulate working procedure, equipped with effect CIP (cleaning in place) system. Furthermore, we installed workshops separating including raw material, finished product, separate engineering plant, and guarantee the product quality and quantity by means of on line check up in time.
