摘 要:首先提出企业战略变革过程的动态模型,指出战略变革不是一成不变或者单向的,而是一个循环的连续过程,然后分析得出组织学习为企业建立创新型文化、柔性化组织结构、核心竞争力等深层次的变革起到了重要的作用,最后探讨组织学习对战略变革过程的影响,为企业战略变革提供行为指导。Firstly. this paper puts forward a dynamic model for enterprise to actualize strategy chang,e process, points out that strategy change is not a static or one-direction process, but a continuarts cycle process, and then analyzes and concludes that organizational learning plays an important role on enterprises' deep changes such as establishing innovative culture, flexible organizational structure and core competitiveness. Finally; it discusses the effects of organizational learning on strategic changes so as to provide behavioral guidance for enterprises' strategic changes.
