Use of Supercritical Fluid Extraction and Solid-Phase Extraction for the Analysis of Phenol Pollutants in Water

摘  要:使用自制的超临界流体萃取仪,比较了从Chromosorb、Porapark和GDX系列的8种吸附剂上萃取苯酚、邻硝基酚、邻氯酚、对氯酚、对二甲酚、2,4-二氯酚和2,4,6-三氯酚的回收率。并用萃取回收率比较高的 GDX—301富集 1L酸性水样中 10-7g/mL级的以上各酚,然后用超临界CO2脱附。回收率从32.5%到92.9%。同时还对超临界CO2脱附GDX-301上 各酚的操作条件进行了优化,并考察了加入不同的改性剂及其用量对萃取回收率的影响。Methods for collection and concentration of phenol pollutants from water have been developed. Efficiencies of supercritical fluid extraction (SFE) of phenol, 2-chlorophe- nol, 2-nitrophenol, 2, 5-dimethylphenol, 2, 4-dichlorophenol, 4-chlorophenol and 2, 4, 6- trichlorophenol absorbed on the solid-phase adsorbents of GDX-102, GDX-203, GDX-30l, GDX-40l, GDX-502, Chromosorb 102, Chromosorb l05 and Porapark Q with self-made ap- paratus were compared. Extraction of 1 L water sample containing 1. 11~ 1. 78 × 10-7 g/mL analytes with supercritical fluid extration and solid-phase extration resulted in 32. 5%~ 92. 9% recoveries of phenols. SFE conditions were optimized for the desorption of phenols from GDX-301. The type and volume of modifier to be added were studied.
