摘　　要：本文以破-立为基本研究方法,以新时期大学生发展与辅导员角色定位二元博弈为主线来探讨高校大学生思想政治工作。本文首先梳理分析了当代大学生发展的主要特点,并以此为依据,提出高校辅导员思想政治工作的角色定位。This paper discusses the ideological and political work in the colleges and universities, especially the role of college counselors in the perspective of college students＇ development. The paper firstly analyzes the main characters and trends of the development of college stu- dents. Then it suggests that in view of the current practice, collegiate counselors should identify their roles in college students＇ ideological and political work in the colleges and universities.
