摘 要:[目的]研究蔗糖基聚合物对龙眼果实营养成分及产量的影响。[方法]以8年生石硖龙眼树为材料,并以清水处理为对照,在果实成熟期叶面喷施0.5%的蔗糖基聚合物水溶液,研究蔗糖基聚合物对果实中可溶性固形物、总糖、Vc和可滴定酸含量的影响。[结果]喷施蔗糖基聚合物后第152、0和25天果实中可溶性固形物含量分别比对照高15.2%、15.6%和7.2%。在果实采收日果实中可溶性固形物、总糖和Vc含量分别比对照提高7.2%、9.2%和12.9%;果实百粒重和可食率分别比对照高11.9%和16.4%;蔗糖聚合物处理对可滴定酸含量影响不大。[结论]在龙眼果实成熟期叶面喷施蔗糖基聚合物能明显改善果实品质,提高果实百粒重和可食率。[Objective] The study aimed to research the effect of sucrose-based polymers on nutritional components and yield of longan fruits.[Method] With 8 years old Shixia longan trees as materials and with the treatment of spraying clear water as CK,0.5% aqueous solution of sucrose-based polymers was spraied on the foliage of longan in fruit maturation period to study the effects of sucrose-based polymers on the content of soluble solid substance,total sugar,Vc and titratable acid in fruits.[Result] After 15,20 and 25 d sucrose-based polymers was spraied,the content of soluble solid substance in fruit were 15.2%,15.6% and 7.2% higher than that of CK resp.And in fruit harvesting days,the content of soluble solid substance,total sugar and Vc were 7.2%,9.2% and 12.9% higher than that of CK resp.The 100-seed weight and edible rate of fruits were 11.9% and 16.4% higher than that of CK resp.The effect of sucrose-based polymers on titratable acid content in fruit was little.[Conclusion] The fruit quality of longan could be improved obviously and the 100-seed weight and edible rate of the fruits could be increased when sucrose-based polymers was spraied on the foliage of longan in fruit maturation period.
