牛磺酸对家兔缺血再灌注脊髓及离体大鼠缺氧-复氧脊髓的保护作用

摘  要:本实验在在体家兔脊髓缺血再灌注及离体大鼠脊髓缺氧-复氧模型上观察了牛磺酸的保护作用。结果发现:牛磺酸可明显减少大鼠脊髓组织细胞内胞浆乳酸脱氢酶(IDH)和溶酶体酶(CD)的漏出(P<0.05),减轻细胞Ca超负荷,降低脂质过氧化及水肿程度,呈明显的浓度依赖性;牛磷酸治疗减轻了家兔脊髓前角神经元的坏死,改善了其运动功能。表明牛磷酸具有普遍的保护意义。用牛磺酸作为脊髓损伤的辅助治疗药物可能具有临床应用前景。The protective effects of taurine on ischemia - repefusion injury of rabbit spinal cord in vivo and anoxiareoxygenation injury of rat spinal cold in vitro were investigated. Results indicated in amoxia -reoxy genation injury, taurine decreased the leakage of LDH and CD(P < 0.01 )significantly, reduced tissue and cellular calcium overloaded, lipid peroxidation as well as edema, and showed with obvious dose dependence. Taurine alleviated the necrosis of rabbit anterior horn neurons, improved function. It indicates that taurine has universal protective. As an assistant theoputic agents of spinal cold injury, taurine might be prospective in clinical application.
