摘 要:跨文化外语教学赋予了外语教师新的角色。在文化教学中,教师也是学习者。问卷调查发现,外语教师仍缺乏系统的文化知识,所以在文化教学的准备阶段,教师应该首先做好文化的学习者。调查还发现,外语教师对怎么进行文化教学很陌生,也就更不清楚在文化教学过程中,教师需要做学习者的角色,即与学生分享其文化学习的经历,从而帮助学生构建他们自己的文化学习方式。Cross-cultural foreign language teaching gives teachers a new role to play. Somewhat they are also learners. A questionnaire shows that foreign language teachers are still weak in systematic cultural knowledge. Therefore, language teachers should first act as learners of cultural knowledge in their preparation for culture teaching. Moreover, it is found in the questionnaire that teachers are not familiar with the way culture teaching takes, not to mention the teachers' role as learner. Sharing the learning experience with students can help them construct their own way of learning culture. The reasons and the function of teachers' role as learner in culture teaching are also mentioned. Meanwhile, how teachers can play the role of learners is also briefly dealt with in these three aspects: teachers' attitude, the stage of preparation for culture teaching and the stage of actual culture teaching.
