摘　　要：建设示范性职业技术学院是大力发展职业教育的重要组成部分,它在"建设人力资源强国"战略目标实现过程中发挥不可替代的作用:培养大批合格的高技能专门人才和高素质劳动者,培养大量技术应用型科技人才,为社会主义新农村建设和农村劳动力转移服务。The construction of demonstrative vocational and technical colleges is a key component in major efforts to developing vocational education. It should play an irreplaceable role in the process of realizing the human resources power＇ s strategic objectives, that is, to develop large numbers of qualified high skill special talented porsons and high quality workers and large numbers of technical application talented persons to serve the socialist new - country construction and rural labour transfer.
