摘　　要：本文在总结历年工作实践的基础上,阐述了构建有电大特色的开放教育英语本科(商务方向)集中实践环节全面质量管理体系所包含的六大子系:理念、规范、组织与程序、实施与监控、支持、评价,并分析了其四大特征,即高度的统一性、规范性、多元化以及全程性,最后提出了一些亟待解决的问题,如进一步的个性化和地方化、评价体系的完善和加强理念系统的建设等。Based on the authors' years of experience tutoring the English major postgraduates(Business-and-Commerce-Oriented) of the open education in their graduation practice and design,this paper discusses ways to construct a quality management system with RTVU Characteristics,which falls into six segments: the conceptualization,regulation,execution and procedure,processing and monitoring,supporting and assessing,and which features four properties: high collectiveness,regularity,multi-polarity and process-focusing.Problems are also addressed,calling for improvement of the system,such as lack of locality and individuality,the imperfectness of the assessing system and the need to strengthen the conceptualization system.
