摘  要:近年来,PETS以其"更重视考察听说能力"越来越受到社会的关注及广大考生的青睐。提高学生尤其是非英语专业学生的听说能力自然成了人们关注的焦点。听说考察模式研究作为听说教学的一个重要环节,其意义不容忽视。各高校应积极探索符合本校实际情况的听说考察模式,为学生听说能力的提高作出贡献。本文拟通过总结九江学院在非英语专业学生听说能力考察模式方面所做的探索,为大学英语教学改革提供一些新思路。In recent years,PETS,with its emphasis on testing people's listening and speaking ability,has received great attention. And more and more people prefer it to homogeneous exams. Under such circumstances,improving students’ listening and speaking ability becomes a focus of the society. As an indispensable part of listening and speaking teaching,research on the testing mode is of great significance. Therefore,universities should work actively to find a suitable testing mode. This paper aims to introduce the research Jiujiang University has done in this respect and then gives some implications for the ongoing College English listening and speaking reform.
