Multiform Education: A Marketing Strategy to Develop Modern Distance Education——Practicable Exploration of City-Level Radio &TV University's Teaching and Education in Jiangsu Province

摘  要:市级电大多元化办学既是经济、社会发展的必然要求,也是电大自身发展的客观需要。江苏电大系统市级电大采取的多元化办学模式促进了电大事业的发展,但在现实中也存在一些弊端:体制关系不够协调;运行机制过于僵化;发展环境遭遇瓶颈;教育质量难以保证;教学管理难度较大。因此,必须探索多元化办学相关市场策略,"有利益的满足市场需求"、"有选择的创新办学机制"、"有侧重的破解瓶颈难题"、"有计划的强化服务质量"、"有目的的树立品牌形象"。Multiform education of city - level Radio &TV University is a tendency of economic and social development as well as the objective requirement of the Radio & TV University' s own development. The adoption of multiform education in city- level Radio & TV University in Jiangsu Province promotes its educational cause, but meanwhile, the multiform education encounters several advantages and difficulties: the unharmonious system relationship, the rigid opera- tional system, the limited environment of development, the quality of education can' t be assured and the difficulty of teaching management and so on. Therefore, we must research on the concerned marketing strategy of multiform education to achieve the following purposes: satisfying the market to gain profit, selectively innovating on the educational system, solving the problem of limited environment of development with different focuses, improving the quality of service with plan and developing a good brand image with aim.
