摘 要:[目的]鉴定出贵州省主要马铃薯品系中的淀粉加工型原料品种,以加快淀粉加工优良品种的选育。[方法]采用DNS比色法对贵州省马铃薯研究所提供的甘农薯3号、超米拉、S01-295、B01-41-4、费乌瑞它、合作88、B01-21-1、黔彩薯1号、威芋3号、W26-27、新大坪、威芋1号、会-2共13个马铃薯品系进行淀粉含量的测定。[结果]试验表明,贵州省13个马铃薯品系中有5个品系的淀粉含量超过18.0%,分别为甘农薯3号20.2%,S01-295 18.1%,合作88 18.7%,威芋3号18.9%,威芋1号20.1%,最高淀粉含量为甘农薯3号20.2%。[结论]试验得出的淀粉含量较高的几个马铃薯品系,可作为淀粉加工专用品种。[ Objective] The potato variety suitable for the raw material of starch-processing in Guizhou Province was identified to speed up elite variety breeding. [Method] The content of potato starch in 13 varieties-Gannongshu No.3, Chaomila, S01-295, B01-41-4, Favorita, Hezuo 88, B01-21-1, Qiancaishu No.1, Weiyu No.3, W26-27, Xindaping, Weiyu No.1 and Hui-2, provided by the Potato Research Institute of Guizhou Province, was tested with DNS method. [Results] The testing result showed that the content of starch of 5 varieties was more than 18.0%, which were Gannongshu No.3(20.2% ), S01-295 (18.1% ), Hezuo 88 (18.7 % ), We iyu No .3 (18.9 % ) and Weiyu No. 1 (20.1% ), respectively. The variety with the highest content( 20.2 % ) of starch was the Gannongshu No.3. [ Conclusion] Several potato varieties with high starch content were selected, which could be used as a special variety of starch-processing.
