摘　　要：当前德育实践中事实存在的若干认识误区导致了德育实效性的缺失。对此,大学德育工作必须以科学发展观为指导,立足于创新,坚持"以人为本"、"和谐教育"、"可持续发展",切实改进和提高大学德育的实效性,努力承担起肩负的历史使命。The writer tries to survey misunderstandings and deficiency in the practice of moral education in higher learning institutions. The moral education, directed by scientific outlook on development, has to be innovated with the people-oriented principle ＆harmonious education and sustainable development.
