摘  要:焦炉燃烧室中一维模型的辐射传热是按简化区域法计算的,其中直接交换面积按蒙特卡洛法计算,而炭化室内煤料焦化过程传热计算按导热过程对待。计算了立火道底部温度随时间的变化并进行了初步验证,两者变化趋势一致。A simplified zone method was used to compute the heat transfer process in vertical flues of a coke oven by means of aone-dimensionalmodel. The Monte-Carlo method was adapted to evaluate the direct exchange areas, while the coking of coal in the oven was treated as simple heat conduction. The model predicted the bottom temperature of the vertical flues and its time variation in a working circle.As compared with experimental measurements, the predicted bottom temperature shows the same trend of variation in time, but much less fluctuation in a period.
