摘　　要：给出了复平面内有限复连通域上符号在H^∞＋C中的Toeplitz算子的本质谱表示，并得到了指标公式．In the present paper, the essential spectrum of the Toeplitz operator with symbols in H^∞＋ C on the finite complex connected domain in the complex plane is represented, and the index formula is obtained.
