摘  要:邢台职业技术学院汽车检测与维修技术专业在深入调研企业并强化工作过程系统化课程体系建设的基础上形成了学工交替、能力递进"342"人才培养模式。这种培养模式确定了汽车售后服务的岗位,分析了该岗位所需要的典型工作任务,进行了学习领域的构建。在教学实施过程中将学习领域拓展为公共模块、专业能力模块和拓展能力模块,且学习过程实行学工交替,学习领域课程全部进入实训室,做到边讲边练、讲练结合、教学做一体化。The so.ailed 3-4-2 talent training mode is an alternating between work and study and stepping-up ability mode, which comes into being in automobile examining and maintenance specialty in Xingtai Polytechnic College based on the work process oriented systematical course system and the deeply inspecting and studying of enterprise. This mode is oriented toward the automotive post-sale service position and analyses its typical work tasks and build the learning fields of it. The learning fields are divided into common ability module, professional ability module and development ability module during teaching practice. Besides study and labor are alternated in the studying process. The teaching and studying activities of learning field courses are all in laboratories. Through this way, not only earl we realize teaching along with training, also the integration of teaching and studying and practicing comes true
