摘 要:目的探讨以ELISA法和液相色谱—质谱联用仪分析法检测粮食、饲料中伏马菌素的可行性以及伏马菌素污染状况调查。方法采用液相色谱—质谱联用仪分析法和竞争酶联免疫吸附法联合分析伏马菌素,并对两种方法相互确证实验。结果ELISA法和液相色谱—质谱联用仪分析法同时测定12份阴性样品和12份阳性样品,测定结果相符率达100%。对花生、玉米及其制品以及动物内脏样品共288份进行检测,发现花生、玉米及其制品均含有不同程度伏马菌素和莓菌霉素的污染,而动物内脏未能检出。结论两种方法的测定结果吻合,是目前国内外测定粮食、饲料中伏马菌素的科学而理想的方法。建议日常工作中先用ELISA法快速筛选检测,阳性样品再用液相色谱—质谱联用仪分析法确证。Objective To probe into the feasibility of detection of fumonisin in grain and fodder by ELISA and liquid chromatograph - mass spectrometer ( LC - MS) and investigation into contamination status of fumonisin. Methods Fumonisin in peanut and corn and their products were detected both by LC - MS analysis and competitive ELISA. Results Both methods were characterized by high sensibility, little interfererence, simple, rapidity, safety, accuracy and reliability . Twelve negative samples and twelve positive samples were detected both by LC - MS and EHSA with coincidence rate of 100%. Conclusion Both methods are satisfactory, so these two methods are currently scientific and ideal methods for detection of fumonisin in grain and fodder at home and abroad. It' s suggested that in daily work, EHSA method should be used for rapid filtering detection first and then LC - MS method should be used for confirmation of the positive samples.
