浅议农业科研机构图书资料人员的素质要求

摘　　要：21世纪是信息化的世纪,作为农业信息服务业主角的农业科研机构图书资料人员,只有进行继续教育以提高自身的素质,才能适应农业科技发展的需要。通过对榆林市农业科研机构图书资料人员现状的调查,提出了图书资料人员的素质要求,应达到的目标和相关措施。21th century is the information century. Therefore, only through further education to enhance their own qualities, the library staff in agricultural research institutions can meet the demand of development of agricultural technology. On the basis of a survey designed for the library staff in five agricultural research institutions, the author of this paper presents the requirements for the library staff members and the goal that they need to attain and the ways to reach the goal.
