摘　　要：对高职院校建立ISO9000质量管理体系的实施效果、存在问题进行了调查,提出了对策性建议。认为ISO9000质量管理体系作为先进的管理理念和管理方法之一,对高职教育质量的提升具有重要的促进和保证作用;将ISO9000质量管理体系导入高职教育管理要因时因校制宜,既不能一哄而上,也不可能一蹴而就。Make investigation of implementing effectiveness and existing problems of ISO quality management system in higher vocational colleges, and give countermeasures. As one of the advanced management ideals and methods, ISO quality management system plays important promoting and guaranteeing role in improving quality of higher education. To in- troduce ISO quality management system into management of higher vocational education, we must adjust measures to local conditions.
