摘  要:结合某换热站水泵机组振动与噪声控制工程,分析水泵机组噪声源特性,根据引入双层隔振理论,提出浮筏隔振设计方案。应用功率流法推导多扰动源浮筏隔振系统的动力传递特性,探讨结构参数变化对隔振效果的影响。应用结果证明本设计方案切实可行。Associated with the project of vibration and noise control in a heat exchange station, the character of noise resource for a pumping unit was analyzed. The design scheme of a raft vibration isolation system was put forward using the double layered isolation theory. The dynamic transmission model of a raft vibration isolation system with multiple disturbing force sources was derived with the method of power flow. The effect of structural parameters on vibration isolation was discussed. It was shown that the design scheme of a raft vibration isolation system was feasible, and it provided the important data base for practical projects.
