摘 要:基于模态应变能理论来研究带多块阻尼层悬臂板的能量耗散问题;针对悬臂板的第一阶弯曲模态和第一阶扭转模态,得到阻尼层在不同剪切模量下,沿着悬臂板的不同方向切割阻尼层时的减振结果。研究表明,对于悬臂板的第一阶弯曲模态和第一阶扭转模态,阻尼层的剪切模量Gv对阻尼层在切割后所能引起减振效果影响较大;在相同的剪切模量下,不同的切割位置以及不同的阻尼层切除长度对阻尼效果也都会产生不同程度的影响效果。在合适切割位置,采用覆盖面积较小的阻尼层,也可获得与全覆盖接近的阻尼。The modal strain energy method was used to study the energy dissipation problem in a vibrating cantilever plate with multiple viscoelastic damping layers. For the first flexural mode and the first torsional mode, the damping effect of the shear modulus Gv of the damping patch, the location, orientation and size of the cutout of the patch was investigated. The results revealed that Gv had significant influence on damping effect for both the first flexural mode and the first torsional mode when the patches were cut. On the other hand, with the same Gv, the various cutout locations and size also provided different damping effects. With suitable cut location, the damping patch of small size could also produce high damping effect close to that with full covered patch.
