摘　　要："薄厥"是《内经》明文记载的由情志刺激引发的一种疾病。历代注家对"薄厥"的病机有各种不同的解释。对这些解释的分析表明,解释者对待"神明"问题上的不同态度,有可能是导致对"薄厥"的不同解释的一个主要原因。张山雷对"薄厥"的失误解释分析表明,中西医在"薄厥"(中风)的病理解释问题上的异同需要被极为谨慎地处理。这对现代中医情志研究有所启发。Sudden reversal is a kind of disease originates from affect - mind stimulation which was recorded in the Yellow Emperor＇s Inner Canon. Study on various explanations of the pathological mechanism of sudden reversal shows that the different viewpoints on spirit and mental disorder lead to the variety of its explanation. Especially, difference and similarity between western medicine and Chinese medicine in this topic should be treated with much caution according to the analysis on explanation of sudden reversal from ZhangShanlei.
