摘　　要：21世纪,人类进入了信息时代,网络多媒体技术成为教育领域新兴的一个重要的教学培训形式,它是网络和多媒体教学结合的产物,是多媒体教学充分利用网络进行传播的一种方式。民族地区干部培训应用网络多媒体技术,将使培训形式更加丰富、教育模式更加先进、效果更加突出。With humanbeings＇ stepping into information era in the 21st century, interact-multimedia＇ s technology has become a new training way for education field. It is a combination of intemet and multimedia education. Definitely, in minority areas, with the help of interact-multimedia＇ s technology, cadre＇ s training will be promoted not only in instruction models, but also in methods and effect.
