摘　　要：利润分配是管理学中重点研究的领域之一。创业阶段是大多数企业发展要经历的一个阶段。在这个发展阶段,创业企业如何合理地分配利润是非常重要的。本文就这一问题通过利用委托代理理论进行了研究,并给出了一些利润分配模式的建议。The problem of profit sharing is one of the very important research fields in management. Most enterprises will go though carve out phase. It is important to study the problem of profit sharing in an innovative venture during this phase. This paper studies the problem through principal-agent theory, and gives some suggestions on the profit sharing mode based on the result of the research.
