下颌后缩畸形与室性早搏相关性短期的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨下颌后缩畸形矫治术与阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停(OSA)引起的室性早搏(VPC)之间的相关性。方法对5例下颌后缩畸形且经PSG测试证实为阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停的室性早搏患者进行手术矫治。结果5例患者对面形的改善均感满意,室性早搏均有明显下降或消失。结论下颌后缩畸形矫治术不仅能改善面容及咀嚼功能,且对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停引起的室性早搏有治疗作用。Obiective To explore into the relationship between the orthopedics of mandibular retrognatia and ventricular premature contraction （VPC） caused by obstructive sleep apnea （OSA）. Methods The orthopedics operation was done on five patients proved to be suffering from VPC of OSA by polysomnography（PSG）. Results VPC of the five patients dropped distinctly or disapia. All the five patients were satisfied with the improvement of their facial deformity. Conclusion The orthopedics of mandibular retrognathia can not only treat the facial deformity and improve the masfacatory function but also have a treatment function for the patients with VPC caused by OSA.
