摘　　要：“又好又快”发展理念，是胡锦涛同志在党的十七大报告中首先提出来的，这一理念也同样适用于新时期自学考试的发展模式。本文力图从战略的视角，着手分析自学考试“又好又快”发展的应有之义，基于福建省自学考试近年来的发展实践，探讨了我国新时期自学考试“又好又快”发展的三大途径，进而提出“又好又快”是当前和今后一段时期自学考试发展的战略任务的立论。The idea of rapid and sound development, put forward in the 17th National Party Congress by Hu Jintao, applies well to the mode of development of Higher Education Self-study Examination in the New Era. Based on the development practice of self-study examination in Fujian, this thesis interprets the proper meaning of rapid and sound development and explores the three basic ways in which the self-study examination in the new era can develop rapidly and soundly, proving that rapid and sound development is the strategic choice that self-study examination should employ in current and coming future.
