摘 要:人员的选、育、留、用等人力资源工作已得到了较好的运用和实践,而人员的退出在企业实际中还不成熟,本文站在市场经济和战略发展角度,分析了构建企业员工退出的机制的必要性,阐述了员工退出的含义和分类,对员工的退出原因进行了分析,认为在实际工作应坚持人性化、科学性、发展、战略导向的管理原则,提出了包括文化建设、组织建设、制度建设为主要内容的企业有效的员工退出机制的构想,并对实际执行中可能出现的情况进行预防探讨。The personnel elects,to nurture, to remain, with and so on the human resources work obtained the good utilization and the practice, but personnel's withdrawal actual is not mature in the enterprise, this article stands in the market economy and the strategic development angle, has analyzed the mechanism necessity which the construction enterprise staff withdraws, elaborated the staff withdraws the meaning and the classification, has carried on the analysis to staff's withdrawal reason, thought in the practical work should persist the user friendly,scientific, the development, the strategic guidance management principle, proposed including the cultur- al reconstruction, the organization constructs, the system construction withdraws from the mechanism for the primary coverage enterprise effective staff the conception, and to actual executionPossibly appears the situation carries on the prevention discussion.
