摘　　要：探讨了网络环境对医院服务失误产生的负面影响,分析了患者和社会对失误的感知、评价和潜在行为,以指导补救方法的实施,提高医疗服务质量。In this article negatve influence of network circUmstanCe to service failure in hospital was discussed, then,apperceive,evaluation and latency behavior of patient and society Were analyzed,to guide the action of service recovery and strengthen the medical service quality.
