摘　　要：目的分析青少年单纯性肥胖与血清瘦素水平的关系。方法采用放射免疫分析(RIA)法测定兰州市区及郊县998名青少年血清瘦素水平。结果青少年血清瘦素水平与体质指数(BMI)呈正相关(r=0.310,P<0.01)。10岁～组偏胖女生和13岁～组偏胖男生血清瘦素水平明显高于体重正常和偏瘦组(P<0.05),总体上血清瘦素水平与性别无关(r=0.030,P=0.374);但在13岁～组性别差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血清瘦素水平与年龄呈负相关(r=-0.120,P=0.004)。结论瘦素与肥胖程度呈正相关,肥胖青少年中存在瘦素抵抗现象,检测血清瘦素水平可以作为青少年单纯性肥胖的重要评价指标。Objective To analyze the relationship between serum leptin concentration and simple obesity of teenagers. Methods The serum leptin concentration was measured by RIA in 998 teenagers in Lanzhou. Results There was a positive correlation between serum leptin concentration and BMI（ r = 0. 310, P 〈 0.01）. In both girls over 10 years old and boys over 13 years old, the serum leptin concentrations of the obese groups were obviously higher than that of the normal weight and thinner （P〈 0.05）. There was no correlation between the sex and the serum leptin concentration（ r = 0.030, P = 0. 374 ）. But for subjects over 13 years old the sex differences had statistical significance （P〈 0.05）. The serum leptin concentration and the age presented a negative correlation（ r = - 0.120, P = 0.004）. Conclusion The leptin and the obesity degree presented a positive correlation. There was leptin resistance among the obese teenagers. Serum leptin concentration could be regarded as an important evaluation index of teenagers＇simple obesity.
