摘　　要：在探讨知识经济下企业组织结构演变趋势基础上,提出了一种符合演变趋势的新的组织结构模式——项目导向型企业组织结构,其必将成为知识经济下现代企业为适应社会环境变化和提升企业核心竞争力而选择的最优组织结构模式之一。On the basis of discussing evolution trend of enterprise organization structure, this paper gives a new organization structure model-organization structure of Project Oriented Company, which will certainly become one of the most superior organization structure model which modem enterprise choose to adapt social environment change and promote enterprise core competitiveness.
