摘 要:针对气门弹簧动力学参数的获取方法展开讨论.在构建气门机构虚拟样机的过程中,气门弹簧采用"多质量-非线性连接"的动力学模型,基于MSC.Nastran和MSC.MARC平台对气门弹簧的模态进行模拟,并分别对各个簧圈的刚度特性进行模拟.通过与整体弹簧模型和物理实验的对比,以及通过气门机构动态实验和仿真分析的对比,证实了本文参数获得方法的可靠性.依据得到的弹簧参数建立了气门机构虚拟样机,并对气门弹簧的动态特性进行了仿真分析.实验证明,本文提供的方法为气门弹簧模型提供一个几乎完全数字化的分析方法.The parameterization of valve spring was studied. A multi-mass-nonlinear-connection model was employed to simulate valve spring during constructing the virtual prototype of valve mechanism. The toodal analysis and stiffness characteristic simulation of valve spring were conducted by utilizing MSC. Nastran and MSC. MARC. The dependability of the parameterizing method was proved by comparing the simulation with the test result. A virtual prototype of valve mechanism was constructed based on the valve spring parameters and a simulation was conducted aiming at the dynamic characteristics of valve spring. The method provides almost an entirely-digitalized mode for the modeling process of valve spring.
