对医院卫生技术人员综合评价的思考

摘　　要：近年来综合评价方法在医院管理中得到广泛的认可和应用，但医院卫生技术人员综合评价的实施尚未进入规范化轨道。本文从医院卫生技术人员现行评价存在的问题、综合评价实施的必要性、综合评价指标体系的设计、有效实施综合评价的建议4个方面探讨了对医院卫生技术人员实施综合评价的总体思路。In recent years, comprehensive evaluation has been widely accepted and used in hospital administration, but the enforcement of such an appraisal has not yet been put onto a regular track. This paper discusses in general in the following perspectives： （1） Problems affecting the present appraisal process 2） Necessity of a comprehensive appraisal; （3） Designing of the comprehensive appraisal＇s indexing system; （4） Suggestions for effective enforcement of the comprehensive appraisal.
