摘　　要：影响英语学习的因素是多方面的,学习者原有的认知结构、学习需要与内驱力、学习兴趣、心向和定势以及性格等心理因素对其英语学习的效果有着深远的影响,对这些因素,教师应做深入的分析和探讨、采取相应对策,使其英语学习达到最佳效果。There are many elements affecting English learning. The learners＇ original cognitive structure, needs, motivation, interest, character and so on have profound influences on English learning. Therefore teachers should make thorough analysis and discussions, and take corresponding countermeasures to achieve a perfect effect on English learning.
