摘　　要：博客作为一种新兴的网络交流方式,可作为网络思想政治教育新载体。概述了博客的定义、类型、发展简史和现状,简要介绍了博客在国内外思想政治教育领域的应用现状,重点论述了博客在高校辅导员工作中的作用。Blog is a newly emerging way of communication through the network, as well as a carrier of the Ideological and Political Education on the Internet. The paper analyzes blog＇ s definition, type, short history and current situation, summarizing the applications of the blog in the Ideological and Political Education, emphasizing the effects of the blog in the cultural liaison teachers＇ work.
